Sunday, April 1, 2018 - Half bottle. Deep amber in the glass, or the color of 30-year old leaded gasoline from great-grandpa's old shed. Clear and clean, with medium viscosity served at 50F. Nose of Macintosh apples - a tiny bit of diesel blew off immediately upon pouring. Bright acidity with front and middle palate of bright lemon, grated apples and Armagnac. Back palate brings saltwater and melted light brown sugar, sour oranges and proofing dough. An excellent experience.
