Sunday, March 28, 2021 - First night it was quite strict, with mostly lime flavours and aromas, and a bit tight. By night three, my goodness, this keeps getting better and better. Guaranteed the last sip is gonna be the best. Bursting with fruit now, while retaining the fine acidity and minerality. I think this was consumed way too early, it has a lot to give yet.
