Sunday, January 18, 2015 - Medium gold color. Nose is starting to show nutty oxidative aromas on top of the core green apple fruit. Palate is now heavier and less fresh than the past few bottles. Still a good chablis with a mineral and stony character, but showing far more advanced than a 2011. As many expected these are early drinkers that show well young and precipitously fall off. Drink up.
