Notes pretty much identical to last time. Lots of citrus and sea salt/minerality on the nose, with some floral notes in the background. On the palate, very crisp with slightly tart and serious acidity. Very clean and refreshing finish. Excellent with lentil salad.

Much better than the village Chablis from the same producer. Deep gold in color. Seemed its best at just below cellar temp. Great stony seashells on the nose, with a mix of chalk and sea salt; a hint of melon in the background and some minty herbs. On the palate, good body with some real density perceptible on the tongue. Elegant and refined with good acidity that is present as it tickles your mouth. Nice clean finish.

Greenish gold. Great nose of ocean breeze, almond, apple and lemon. Medium body, good texture and definition. Pleasant and persistent finish with a slight touch of oak which is only an accent. Very good.

Medium gold color. Nose is starting to show nutty oxidative aromas on top of the core green apple fruit. Palate is now heavier and less fresh than the past few bottles. Still a good chablis with a mineral and stony character, but showing far more advanced than a 2011. As many expected these are early drinkers that show well young and precipitously fall off. Drink up.

This vibrant, medium yellow/gold wine flaunts chalky minerality on both the nose and palate, supplemented by green apple, lemon and coriander. Light-bodied and with well-integrated alcohol (listed as 12.5%), it thins a bit in the middle and finishes short. Quite disappointing for a Premier Cru Chablis. I doubt that this will fill in the gaps with cellaring. Drink now-2016.

Light & bright straw yellow in color. Fragrant, attractive, still developing & youthful nose of ripe citrus overtones of lemons, limes, grapefruit, apples with lovely floral notes of honeysuckle, some gunpowder notes, chalky, wet stones and minerals. Medium to medium-light bodied with a good concentration of balanced, still developing & youthful, well focused, ripe fruit flavors of green apples, lemons, limes and grapefruit with chalk and minerals. Long lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present but has the structure & acidity to develop further with additional aging.

Nose of lemon citrus, apple blossom, and something between sea breeze and crushed rock. Good acidity on entry, driven again by lemon pulp and some rind, maybe even a touch of pineapple, and some steely minerality. Finishes firmly on the center of the tongue and then lingers nicely.

Terrific, delicious nose of lemon cream, minerals and green apple. Palate has medium body with lip smacking racy acidity. Taut with tension and verve. Loads of body and presence across the mid-palate and into a long persistent finish. Young, but firing on each and every cylinder.

Blind Oregon Pinot Noir (Garth & Sara's): Acid bomb upon opening, but after some air the acidity comes into better balance with the nice stoney, citrus flavors. Another crowd-pleaser.

Very nice, although lacking in the minerality I look for in a Chablis.

Nose of green apple, pineapple, minerals, only a hint of oak, but not very fragrant. Smooth on the palate with medium+ finish. Great QPR.
