Saturday, July 25, 2015 - Notes pretty much identical to last time. Lots of citrus and sea salt/minerality on the nose, with some floral notes in the background. On the palate, very crisp with slightly tart and serious acidity. Very clean and refreshing finish. Excellent with lentil salad.
