Tuesday, September 16, 2014 - Straw yellow with medium weight in the glass. Nose of lemon oil, yellow flowers, apple, fennel and toast. Medium body with a lemon core and butter on the palate. Tropical, pear and stone fruit round it out. Oily textures that play off the fruit nicely. Secondary toffee and brine. Med-long finish. Some complexity that could improve with age.
