Friday, July 15, 2022 - This was opened at 5pm and drank at about 8pm. Initially was subdued but an hour or so into the drinking window this started to open up more with a slightly medicinal but pleasant nose. Compared next to the bouchard reignots 02 the difference was down to a slightly more Oaked bouchard. The CLB was always lighter and more approchable. Shows how CLB has evolved the winemaking. I will always prefer the wines of today over these earlier bottles.
