Sunday, January 22, 2023 - Second bottle, first half a year ago. Then, very jammy and not eapeciallly complex. Now so much more interesting, notes of cedar, eucalyptus and leather. Sure still some blueberry jam but not a problem. Developed and in prime drinking window.
