Sunday, May 25, 2014 - The bottle was enjoyed at R'Evolution in the French Quarter. This is one of the great pinot noir's produced in the US. Super fragrant with raspberry, strawberry with the depth of darker fruit and more weight than most pinot noir from France. I had a cornish game hen stuffed with rice and sausage gumbo. Unbelievable. This wine will be great for many, many years.
