Monday, September 16, 2013 - Winery Visit (@ Robert Weil, Rheingau): The bouquet is reticent but shows minerals, tart grapefruit, white fruits and grasses. On the palate a lot of slate minerality, a lot of tight tart citrus and also something salty. A special and excellent wine with a long future. Probably wise to wait until 2017 or later.
