Wednesday, December 16, 2015 - Nose of black raspberry, pepper, cherry cola, and new oak. On the palate, restrained with black cherry and pepper flavors. Decent finish but there is obvious alcoholic heat poking through. Pity because the rest of the package is very nice. Drink over the near term.
