Wednesday, December 25, 2019 - Floral and some spice on the nose. Hasn’t come together (yet I hope) as the light cherry fruit up front is tart still and overpowered by acidity and the darker back end also has tannins that need a little more softening. I should have known not to open this for at least another 1-2 years. I think it will improve and won’t touch for at least 3 years.
