Saturday, July 9, 2016 - Delicate, pure aromas of pineapple, peach, sugar cane, slate and petrol. Very cool and subdued. Medium bodied on the palate, smooth, balanced and mouth filling with lots of extract, good acid, flavors of lemon, slate and herbs, with a long, clean, gentle finish. Some thickening on end. I love the way the extract covers the acid. Nice. Good for another 5 years. Good with garlic chicken and a booring salad.
