My last bottle of this was about two years ago. Today, unfortunately, this is not drinkable anymore. While the nose was promising enough, there was a deep bitterness on the palate, that made swallowing absolutely impossible. Lesson learned: Don't keep mediocre dry whites for too long.

Delicate, pure aromas of pineapple, peach, sugar cane, slate and petrol. Very cool and subdued. Medium bodied on the palate, smooth, balanced and mouth filling with lots of extract, good acid, flavors of lemon, slate and herbs, with a long, clean, gentle finish. Some thickening on end. I love the way the extract covers the acid. Nice. Good for another 5 years. Good with garlic chicken and a booring salad.
