Saturday, November 23, 2019 - Popped and pour. Light golden. The nose is modest and need some coaxing coming through with pleasant notes of orchard fruit and almonds. The palate has good balance with flavors of crisp apple, nuts and toast. There is good acidic backbone here that make it a reasonably structured wine at this stage.
