Saturday, January 11, 2014 - We loved this! Young for an Arcadian, but full of flavor. It's CA chard, no doubt, but with a balance to it. It reminds me of an older Aubert that has shed it's weight and oakiness and now retains a bit as a back note. The acidity carries the day. Drinking really well
