Sunday, January 24, 2016 - Nice wine. Powerful but restrained. Blueberries and plums on the palate, along with a little spice. The fruit edges toward being jammy, but the acidity and tannins cut in just at the right moment to provide a nice structure and balance. Out of its youth now, but still improving. The Georgia's Paddock is up there in my top 5 Australian shiraz, and this is a fine example.
