Sunday, May 3, 2020 - Let my bottles lay for 5 years before trying another and drank over 4 days of sipping. It was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Fruit is more muted and color is more of a green yellow. However the taste was more complex and interesting. Less fruit and citrus and more of a robust earthiness. It is not a light drinker, but rather more of a food wine.
