Thursday, December 31, 2020 - Seemed like a good choice to end 2020 on. Lovely bright clear green gold, showing a little age but not too much. Really nice complexity on the nose. hint of oak, some minerals, hint of coconut, hint of apple, there are many notes there, but none really stands out. Palate is equally smooth and complex, nice lemony tart apple acidity, some ripe apple, peach notes, maybe notes of caramel and coconut, really nice balance with a long finish.

I've had a couple of really nice white burgs and this is up there with the best. Delicious.
