Monday, February 1, 2021 - Soft smell of cherries, juice of canned cherries and a touch of Maraschino.
On the palate well balanced and soft; round with just a touch of - well integrated - balancing acidity and resolved tannins.
Everything smooth and in harmony. A nice, pleasurable bottle of wine, which can be drunk on its own, without food. Probably at its best now.
The only draw-back: When the wine got closer to room temperature, it lost some of its tension.
