Don't take my word for it but if you're sitting on a lot of bottles I suggest you try one out. Cellaring Ariannas IL Frappato seems like tricky business to me; I definitely appreciate them with a few years rest but apparently the window is quite narrow, 4-5 years after vintage seems about right for my taste.
