Thursday, April 23, 2015 - A Decadent Night of 1990's Napa Cabs and Bordeaux (Chez Dalluge, MN): Very dark red/purple color. PNP, drank 1 glass over 4 hours plus. Lots of vanillin with plenty of dense black fruits, and some cedarwood. The palate is pretty chewy, full bodied, black fruits, not well defined, vanilla, cedar, sour fruit, firm slightly grippy tannins. Feels really young despite its 20+ years. I don't think this will get better, drink now.
