Thursday, September 22, 2022 - Very similar to my last bottle. Darker fruits predominate -- black cherry and blackberry -- with forest floor and spices. Layered and substantial, properly weighty and energetic, buttressed with a noticeable structure, leading to a long finish. Perhaps not as burly as, say a Bergstrom of the same vintage, but no shy wallflower either. An excellent pinot.
