Friday, January 31, 2014 - Excellent medium bodied Barossa Shiraz, holding up very well despite its 18 years in the bottle. Still has oodles of dark and red fruit. Tannins are now oh so soft. Very long finish with just a nice amount of acidity and a hint of pepper at the very end. Glad we have a few more.
