Thursday, September 10, 2015 - 14.0% - Clear, med to deep golden / clean, pronounced intensity - dried apricot, marmalade, candied citrus peel, toasted brioche, honey wax, ginger, botrytis / sweet, med+ acidity, med to full body, med to pronounced intensity, persistent length with lingering dried apricot and honey.

Drank over 2 days - Delicious with foie gras au torchon on the first night and as good the second night with a blue cheese platter. The palate was more open and delivered everything the nose promised on the second day.
