Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - With Christmas dinner (roast goose): Fully ready to drink. A very satisfying claret. I always worry about the heat of 2003, but I wouldn't be able to tell from this bottle that the year was notably hot -- the wine has freshness and structure and there is no sign of overripeness.
