Sunday, January 20, 2019 - Lovely, almost “Burgundian-style Cote Rotie” in its deft, well judged, use of Syrah. Gorgeous aromatic nose and a cherry/red fruit palette with perfect acidity and well integrated tannins. My first experience of Texier, courtesy of a generous friend. It won’t be the last. Clearly a wine-maker with fine judgement.
