Sunday, July 13, 2014 - Very light yellow in color. Nose is airy with very light hints of stone fruit. Light crisp start that is tropical. Finish is medium and tastes of tart peach. Great summer drinker. Paired well with one of my spicier salmon dishes. Probably in 91 range if nose had more definition.
