Monday, May 24, 2021 - Was a little concerned that this may have cellared too long. Popped it on a warm evening and was happily surprised with the results. Golden straw in color, viscous in the glass with a nose of dandelion and ripe pear. Overall a pleasant surprise and easy on the pallate.
