Thursday, January 30, 2020 - Consistent black colour with a thin hue. Strong aroma of aniseed, dark berries, pencil shavings and some varnish. Plum, blackcurrant, eucalyptus. Tannin is fine and well integrated. Acidity though is bit high, leading to a sour flavour at the end. Was smoother on the first night.
