The 2011 Crowley is very pale ruby in color, and has a lovely spicy nose, showing red currents and wax. Light and lively on the palate: this is a wine one can pair easily with fish and not just salmon (in fact we had a smoked trout and the pairing was delicious). Good acidity and a long finish.
