One of the best Chardonnays we have had in a long time. Straw-colored and the nose & taste were pungent pineapple and grapefruit with a dollop of honey and butter. The acidity, alcohol level and the oak were all integrated well into a thoroughly enjoyable and luscious/elegant wine. Great quaffer, but it went well with Alaskan King Crab Legs with dipping in ghee, given the acidity - great seafood wine. Drinking perfectly now.
