Wednesday, January 2, 2019 - Medium to full body, golden yellow color. Intense aroma of stone fruits, melon and flower honey passing to same palate complements by ripe pears notes and long mineral finish. Creamy and soft, complex and well balanced, gentle acidity. Food friendly, tasted with eggs staffed by pink salmon's caviar. Serve 12º - 14º. Open about half hour ahead. Post mature but still very enjoyable, drink up.
