  • Medium to full body, golden yellow color. Intense aroma of stone fruits, melon and flower honey passing to same palate complements by ripe pears notes and long mineral finish. Creamy and soft, complex and well balanced, gentle acidity. Food friendly, tasted with eggs staffed by pink salmon's caviar. Serve 12º - 14º. Open about half hour ahead. Post mature but still very enjoyable, drink up.

  • Still rather youthful pale / watery straw colour, lemon & oatmeal nose, with a little more complexity on the palate (including a hint of honey). Feels like it's got more improvement ahead of it.

  • Medium body, golden yellow color. Delicate stone fruits, earthy and spicy aroma. Dominant mineral and nutty palate complements by apples and melon notes, long spicy finish. Light oak, still fresh, creamy structure, complex and well balanced, gentle acidity. Food friendly, best match is fish or poultry or Brie cheeses. Serve 12º - 14º. Open half hour in advance. Very enjoyable, drink now and next three/four years.

  • A favorite since visiting in 2015. Crisp with good fruit depth and balance. Yellow orchard fruit with a raciness that serves it well with food. An excellent, well-priced Burgundy. Consistent quality from this producer. Their higher-end wines (Combettes, Brûles) are superb and well worth seeking out.

  • In the bouquet yellow tropical fruits and some well dosed oak. On the palate yellow fruits and pleasant oak as well. Soft and fresh citrus. Some complexity and beautiful freshness. For me the WOTN. Need to find some wines of this producer.
