Saturday, May 21, 2016 - Tonight this is a really nice cdp blanc that's drinking really with just an hour or so of air. Deep, rich stone fruit up front, with tropical fruit following close behind. There's a firm, underlying core of oyster shelly minerality with baking spice and anise notes. There's lots going on here. Quite delicious.
