Thursday, November 2, 2017 - Apples, wax, apricots and raisin on the nose. Rich oily texture. Full bodied with harmonius balance. More uplift from the acdity than expected. Had this with chicken in creamy sauce, a very nice fit. Again not a wine to drink on its own but great with the right food pairing.
