Wednesday, December 23, 2015 - Bought this and was given a warning that the acidity here made it a bad candidate for early drinking. Oh well. The acidity is definitely there, although it doesn't preclude enjoyment any more than any other young Burg I've tried. Really pretty, earthy nose with a ton of leather on the palate and nose--especially on Day 2. This is clearly quite young, and I'll bet this will drink crazy well in 2-5 years, but it really is tasty now too.
