Wednesday, February 9, 2022 - Drinking similarly to in my previous TNs. Red fruited, earthy, savoury and attractively evolved. Dry brush and dried herbs. Well balanced. Racy acidity. A bit of feral, sous bois, very dry, nothing sweet. Tannins nicely resolved and reasonable alcohol (12.5% ABV). I don’t think it will improve from here. On the other hand there is no imminent danger of it suddenly falling over. Drink by something like 2028.
