Monday, August 31, 2015 - Excelled QPR. Took a few minutes to open up before revealing notes of grapefruit, lemon, toasted oak, spice, and vanilla. If I had this again, I might decant it. Could certainly age a few years more.
Medium bodied, balanced, and a nice pairing with salmon.
