Thursday, January 8, 2015 - Similar to my previous note. Lots of soil and loam on opening, great texture and pinpoint balance. However, after a two hour decant, the sweet fruity notes began to dominate. Lots of strawberry and blackcurrant. This really transformed and blossomed. Great with a hambagu steki.
