Saturday, February 23, 1991 - Mostly 1987 Cabernet Sauvignons (Hi-Time Wine Cellars, Costa Mesa, Ca.): Big, sweet/sour fruit in the mouth, nice fruit, medium body, intense and rich fruit on the palate.
