90 Points

Thursday, January 8, 2015 - Medium bodied and creamy, with a strong citrus backbone alongside excellent minerality and a saline finish complemented by subtle lemon rind flavors. Nicely floral bouquet too. Acidity is medium; just right to balance out the richness of the wine, but not high enough to match a shellfish dish. Paired excellently with "Sol le duc", a creamy (French) sole curry.
Best served at room temperature and consumed within 60 minutes.
One of the tastiest bottles of Chardonnay in recent memory for me. 13% ABV.
