Sunday, April 1, 2018 - Nice bottle of Chablis. Despite the warm vintage, it still shows very good Chablis character even if a firmer acidic backbone would have been preferable. While it doesn't have the interest of a Cru vineyard, it's still a very enjoyable bottle of Chardonnay. I would drink it over the next 2-3 years.
