Saturday, July 22, 2017 - This is my second Altazor from 2010 I've had in the last 6 months. This is definitely in the sub-90 point territory. It is a bit "syrupy"--and I don't usually use that word to describe vino.
I've had earlier vintages of the Altazor that had more "brightness"--possibly from the carignan blended into them. They were great. This vintage didn't add any of that variety which, in my opinion, was a miss.
