Monday, November 9, 2015 - Similar to my note in the tasting room -- although this appears to show oak on the nose more so than on the palate. There are pronounced flavors of citrus and stone fruit with subtle butter and oak and a balanced mineral note on the finish. This wine is crisp without showing too much acidity. It paired well with a cheesy pasta casserole with sausage, spinach, and onions.
