  Aromatic nose and vibrant palate. Notes of pear, lemon and pineapple with modest oak influence. This one showed best fairly cold.

  Similar to my note in the tasting room -- although this appears to show oak on the nose more so than on the palate. There are pronounced flavors of citrus and stone fruit with subtle butter and oak and a balanced mineral note on the finish. This wine is crisp without showing too much acidity. It paired well with a cheesy pasta casserole with sausage, spinach, and onions.

  Just a beautiful chard that's drinking really well but still has upside over the coming 2 or so years. Those tiring of all that oak will love this wine aged in neutral barrels. What I love about this wine the best is the fabulous nose.
