Tuesday, December 8, 2020 - A touch more reductive compared to the ‘89 Les Clos. This showed a more honeyed fruit profile in the beginning that eventually morphed into a rich and ripe, full-bodied Chablis with flavors of citrus, yuzu and seashell accompanying the mineral finish. A creamier version of the ‘89 Les Clos served beside it. Amazingly this was showing its best about 5-6 hours after the first pour.
