2012 Pierre Gaillard St. Joseph Blanc

Community Tasting Note

Thursday, January 12, 2017 - A nose of lanolin, white flower, lemon oil, and lychee. The palate precisely traces the nose, but with more developed notes and additional flavors of apple, butter, with a finish of both diesel (very light) and anise. The lengthy finish trails forever. 13.5% alc. With chicken cordon bleu. Recommended with a nod toward Highly Recommended.
