Friday, March 17, 2023 - Magnum best bottle (Restaurant Holz und Feuer, Kirchheim, Germany): Glass: Sophienwald Bordeaux
From normal bottle. Pfalz version of a Riesling Spätlese in a warm vintage. Very well made, easy to drink, but lacks soul, tension, depth and complexity. Drink now or over the next decade. Will most likely not improve. 88-89
