Wednesday, December 31, 2014 - Plum, raspberry and very expressive floral notes on the nose. Solidly medium bodied and very well balanced, especially at this young age. Shows black raspberry upfront backed with plum, wild berry and sour cherry. Very smooth throughout and the finish was a real highpoint. The sour cherry note blends nearly seamlessly into the mineral, earth and acidity on the finish and last for quite a good amount of time. The balanced fruit and the excellent finish and acidity tell me this wine should improve over the next few years, but is certainly worth trying now.
